Sore itu hujan masih turun cukup lebat, padahal prosesi tinggal sebentar lagi dimulai. Di musim hujan seperti ini, menggelar pesta di luar ruangan memang cukup berisiko.

Herannya, seolah mengerti kebutuhan mempelai, cuaca berubah bersahabat pada menit-menit terakhir sebelum acara dimulai. Begitu hujan berhenti, para kru dari berbagai vendor langsung sibuk menata ulang persiapan pesta luar ruangan ini.

Acara berjalan lancar dipandu oleh MC. Sesuai permintaan kedua mempelai, lagu-lagu rohani menjadi prioritas, di antaranya:

Rain was still falling heavily that afternoon, and the processional was only moments away. In the rainy season, an outdoor party is always something of a risk.

Oddly enough, as if it understood what the couple needed, the weather turned friendly in the last minutes before the start. The moment the rain stopped, crews from every vendor were busy resetting the outdoor preparations.
